We recommend placing your order as early as possible to secure your preferred linens, especially during peak seasons. However, we can accommodate last-minute orders subject to availability, with an urgent order fee applied for bookings within one week of the event.

Our standard hire period is based on your event date and will be outlined in your booking confirmation. If you require an extended hire period, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We understand that accidents can happen. Any damages will be assessed upon return, and the cost of replacement or repair will be deducted from your security deposit. For more details, refer to our Terms & Conditions.

All linens are delivered freshly pressed and ready to use. We recommend using a steamer (at a safe distance) to remove any creases if needed. Please avoid using irons, as they may damage the fabric.

Changes to your order can be made up to two working days before your hire period starts, subject to availability. Cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.

Your linens will be delivered either personally by our team or via one of our trusted third-party partners, depending on the location and size of your order. After your event, we’ll arrange collection at your convenience.
